Carissa (#E21673) is a dedicated esthetician with a passion for results-driven skincare and natural lash and brow enhancements. A graduate of Elevate Salon Institute in Durham, NC, she has specialized training in lash lifting, brow lamination, lash and brow tinting, microdermabrasion, gua sha, facial cupping, hydrodermabrasion, and chemical peels. Carissa’s extensive background in the spa and wellness industry, coupled with her prior experience in administrative roles, gives her a unique understanding of how this field operates inside and out.

Specializing in waxing and evidence-based skincare, Carissa is committed to providing practical, approachable solutions tailored to each client. She loves blending professional-grade and over-the-counter products to achieve personalized results without unnecessary financial investment. Originally from a small town in Iowa, Carissa moved to Durham in 2015 and has made it her home. In her free time, she enjoys painting, hand embroidery, casual video games, and audiobooks, as well as spending time with her wife and their two cats.
